    Summary:

    The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including hiring and training staff, managing inventory, and creating a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as strong management and leadership skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of the store’s operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service

    • Hire and train staff, and create a positive work environment

    • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue

    • Manage inventory and ensure that the coffee shop is always stocked with the necessary supplies

    • Create a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints

    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

    • Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 - 4 years of management experience in the restaurant of quick-service dining industry

    • Cafe experience preferred

    • Strong management and leadership skills

    • Passion for coffee and customer service

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
