Fuel America welcomes guests with different abilities and access needs. We are working to make our website usable with assistive technologies and to provide practical help when a guest encounters a barrier.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and improvement target. Our work includes clear page structure, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, useful alternative text, and support for reduced motion. The footer’s Motion control lets you reduce decorative animation, and the website also respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review reported problems and use guest feedback to improve access to our website and services.
Get help or report a barrier
Email info@fuelamerica.us with the subject Website Accessibility. Tell us which page or task caused difficulty, what assistance you need, and how to reach you. You may include your browser or assistive technology if useful, but you do not need to disclose a diagnosis or provide medical documentation.
If you cannot use the website or need an alternative way to obtain information or access a service, contact our team. We will work with you to provide appropriate assistance. For a time-sensitive café or ordering question, contact the café directly using the information in our Café Finder.
You may also write to Fuel America, LLC, Attn: Accessibility, 77 Sterling Road, East Hartford, CT 06108.
Linked services and documents
Ordering, delivery, catering, rewards, gift cards, shopping, and app downloads may take you to another provider’s website or application. If you encounter a barrier there, you can contact that provider and also tell us so we can help find an available way to complete your task. If a downloadable menu or guide is difficult to use, ask us for the information in another format.
