You may use the website for lawful personal and business information purposes, including finding cafés, reviewing menus, and reaching our services. Café and product information
Hours, menus, prices, ingredients, preparation, product availability, and participating locations may vary and change. Photographs illustrate products and experiences; actual presentation may differ. Confirm time-sensitive information with the selected café or at the relevant checkout. Where a promotion has eligibility requirements, dates, or exclusions, the terms displayed for that promotion apply.
Our website may use cached café-hours information, including information from Google Business Profile. An online listing is not a guarantee that a café is open at a particular moment. For holiday hours, special events, or urgent questions, contact the café.
Orders and separate services
Pickup, delivery, catering, rewards enrollment, gift-card purchases, and coffee-shop purchases take place through separately operated services or websites. Review the selected café, items, prices, fees, taxes, fulfillment method, and applicable terms before completing a transaction. An outbound website click alone does not place an order or enroll you in a program.
For order changes, cancellations, refunds, delivery problems, or product issues, use the contact or support instructions on your confirmation or contact the café involved. Nutrition and food allergies
Our Nutrition & Allergens information describes the preparation and portion shown. Customizations, substitutions, supplier changes, and preparation differences can affect nutrition and allergens. Read the portion, preparation notes, and allergen information for the item you select. If information you need is unavailable, contact the preparing café before ordering.
Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy.
Our cafés use shared preparation areas and equipment. Cross-contact can occur, and we cannot guarantee that an unpackaged item is free from allergens. For online or catering orders, contact the preparing café about an allergy before ordering; an online note alone does not confirm that a request can be accommodated. This information does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing in these Terms waives any food-safety duty or legal right.
Rewards and gift cards
Rewards eligibility, earning, redemption, and offer conditions are governed by the applicable Fuel America program terms and the specific offer. Purchased gift-card value is separate from promotional rewards. The purchase or account service provides the applicable gift-card terms and balance information. These website Terms do not add expiration dates, fees, forfeiture rules, or restrictions to an existing balance or reward.
Franchise information
Franchise opportunities are offered by Fuel America Franchise, LLC through a separate process. Information and links on this website are for general information and do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a franchise. An offer may be made only through the applicable Franchise Disclosure Document and in compliance with applicable law. No territory availability, financial result, or investment return is promised by this website.
