This policy explains cookies and similar technologies on Fuel America’s main marketing website. It supplements our Privacy Policy. It does not describe all technologies used within our app or on the separate ordering, rewards, gift-card, shopping, catering, or franchise websites.
What these technologies do
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage is another way a website remembers information on your device. Tags can send information to a service provider when a page loads or an interaction occurs. A technology can process information even if it does not set a cookie.
Essential functions and requested preferences
We use website hosting, security, abuse prevention, and preference functions to provide the website and remember choices you make. These are not used to build advertising audiences. They are not disabled by rejecting optional analytics. Browser controls may block or remove storage, but doing so can affect site functions or cause us to ask for your preferences again.

WordPress administrative login technologies may be used when an authorized administrator signs in. The main marketing website does not offer guest WordPress accounts or public commenting, and ordinary visitors are not required to accept administrative login cookies.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we may use Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand page visits and selected interactions, such as choosing a café, requesting directions, or following an ordering or rewards link. Google can receive cookie identifiers, device and browser details, connection information, and information about those interactions. Our measurement design excludes form contents, contact information, and account, payment, and order details.

Rejecting analytics prevents the optional analytics tools on this website from loading. Analytics information already transmitted has its own retention settings; deleting a browser cookie does not delete previously collected records.
Optional advertising
When a listed advertising service is enabled and you allow Marketing, its tags or pixels can process online identifiers, IP address, device and browser information, advertising-referral information, pages visited, and selected website actions. We use them to understand campaign results, reach interested visitors again, and improve advertising. Partners may connect this activity with information from their own services or other sources. These disclosures may qualify as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.

Browser limits, settings, return visits, and earlier deletion may affect storage duration. Cookie lifetimes are separate from a provider’s retention of information already received. Our website does not use session-replay tools under the practices described here.
Availability of optional services
The optional services described above may be used for the stated purposes when you allow the relevant category. Their use can vary by page, feature, or advertising campaign; every listed service does not necessarily run on every visit. Listing a service in this policy does not itself activate it or give permission to collect information. Optional tools remain subject to your privacy choices whenever they are used.
Your choices
Select Your Privacy Choices in the footer to manage optional tracking. Analytics and Marketing are separate choices. You may reject optional tracking, save individual choices, or withdraw permission. To opt out of website sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, keep Marketing off or choose Reject optional. The website is usable without optional permission.
Our withdrawal control stops optional tracking on the reloaded website and attempts to remove known optional first-party cookies that this website can access. It cannot remove every third-party cookie, information already transmitted, or storage belonging to another website. You can also use your browser’s privacy settings to remove cookies and site data.
Choices apply to the browser and website where you make them. You may need to choose again after clearing storage, switching browsers or devices, or moving between our services. If your browser cannot save a preference, your choice may last only for the current page or session.
We recognize Global Privacy Control as a request to keep website marketing tracking off. Analytics remains subject to your separate choice. We do not separately respond to older Do Not Track signals.
Other websites and the app
Linked ordering, delivery, catering, rewards, gift-card, Shopify, app-store, map, social, and franchise services may use their own technologies when you visit them. Our website preference tool does not manage those services or app permissions. Google Business Profile café hours are supplied to this website through server-side updates; viewing a cached hours listing does not itself require a guest’s browser to contact Google.
