Data Deletion Request
Use this form to request deletion of your Fuel America Coffee app or Fuel America Rewards account and associated personal information. Fuel America, LLC will review your request and coordinate with the service providers that maintain the account for us, including Paytronix.
Enter the name and email associated with your account. In the optional details, identify the app or service involved and include only information needed to locate the account. Do not include passwords, full card or gift-card numbers, government identification numbers, or medical information.
You may also email info@fuelamerica.us with the subject Account Deletion Request. You do not need to install or sign in to the app to use this page. For access, correction, or another privacy request, email us with the subject Privacy Request.
What happens next
We will use your information to locate the account, verify that you are authorized to request deletion, and carry out the request. Submitting this form does not immediately delete an account. We aim to complete verified requests within 14 business days. If more time is needed or a legal exception applies, we will explain the next steps and respond within the period required by applicable law.
Account deletion generally includes the account profile and associated personal information no longer needed for a permitted purpose. Certain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or request-handling records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons. Where information is retained, we will explain the applicable reason and retention period or the criteria used to determine that period. Backup copies may remain until they are overwritten under the applicable backup schedule.
Rewards and outstanding balances
Closing an account ends access to that account and may affect associated points, promotional offers, and rewards. We will explain the effect of deletion on your account before completing it. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an existing order, refund a payment, or extinguish rights in purchased gift-card value. If you have an outstanding order or balance, mention that in your request without sending the full card number.
Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. To stop marketing messages without closing an account, use the unsubscribe or permission controls provided for those messages.
How we use this request
The information submitted here is sent to Fuel America's support team at info@fuelamerica.us and used to verify, process, and document your request. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
